UPSI with the cooperation of the Perak Islamic Religion Department have sealed the agreement for the payment of tithes through salary deduction. For your convenience in paying tithes, please click here for further information and to download the tithes deduction form. You can also make contribution to the tabung haji savings through salary deduction and the salary deduction form is available at Lembaga Urusan Tabung Haji Office or come directly to our counter.
You may refer to the Payroll, Study Leave and Ticketing Unit if you have any doubts regarding the Scheduled Tax Deduction (PCB) which was enforced beginning 2009.
Besides that, you will be able to book flight tickets for further studies, attending courses or official duties by downloading the Flight Booking Form. If you wish to check the status of your application for the shifting house allowance, you need to refer to the Services Unit, Human Resource Department.

If you wish to apply for self advancement, you can submit the travel or miscellaneous advancement application online via MyUPSI Portal. To download the Advancement Application Form manually, please click here.
The online application for travelling claim can be made via MyUPSI Portal. If you are still making the travelling claim manually, you can download the Local Travelling Claim Form or Overseas Travelling Claim Form.
You can check your payment status through MyUPSI Portal. If the payment is made by cheque, you need to collect the cheque at the Bursar’s General Office counter.
