Students’ Financial Matters
Payment Method for Tuition Fees The payment of tuition fees for all UPSI students can be made as follows:
Credit/Debit card. The fees payment service using credit/debit card is only available at the Students And Residential Colleges Financial Unit counter. Students will be charged 2% for using credit card and 1% for using debit card.
Students’ Online Financial Statement Beginning July 2008/2009 Session the Bursar’s Department will not provide the Students’ Financial Statement. Students may check tuition fees information and outstanding fees in students’ financial statement online in MyUPSI portal. Please click here for further details.
New Rate of Convocation Fees The 40th Permanent Financial Committee Meeting, No. 4/2009 has approved the increase of convocation fees from RM 80.00 to RM 100.00 effective on the First Session of the 12th Convocation Ceremony in March 2010.
Students’ Bank Islam Account Number All UPSI students are compulsory to own Bank Islam account to ease and expedite the payment process. You are required to update your account numbers in MyUPSI Portal and submit a copy of the account number to the Students And Residential Colleges Financial Unit counter.
Financial Assistance There are variety of funds and assistance to help UPSI students who face difficulties and those who come from poor family. Students are able to apply for the financial assistance from all the funds managed by the Department of Students Affairs & Alumni and also tithe assistance from the Islamic Center.
