QUALITY OBJECTIVES
1. BUDGET MANAGEMENT
- Budget application and distribution (ABM and ABP format) will be managed efficiently and it needs to be submitted to the Ministry of Higher Education before/by 31 March for every two years and the distribution of the approved budget to every department in UPSI being made before/by 31 December every year.
2. PROCUREMENT
Ensuring the procurement process being managed according to the procedures stated by the government within stipulated time period as follows:
- Tenders will be processed within 4 months after completed application received.
- Official quotation will be processed within 3 months after completed application received.
- Minor quotation will be processed within 1 month after completed application received.
- Purchase Order will be prepared within 7 days after completed document received.
3. PAYMENT
- 96% of the staffs/suppliers claim payment will be processed within 14 days from the date of the completed document received.
- 98% of the advance/loan payment is completed within 7 days from the date of the completed document received.
4. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- 80% of the customers are satisfied with the services offered by the Bursar’s Department.
5. TRAININGS
- 95% of Bursar’s Department’s staffs completed 42 hours of the CPD credit point.
