• Receiving and checking application to open trust accounts/research activity approval
• Verifying approval of trust accounts registration
• Verifying registration of trust accounts code project  in UIMS-FIS
• Monitoring all aspects of payment and management of trust/research accounts
• Printing out annual trust accounts transaction and report
• Closing inactive trust/research accounts or when it reach the due date

2.  Managing Vehicle and Computer Loan Application

• Managing staff’s vehicle and computer loan application
• Preparing offer letter and agreement of vehicle and computer loan
• Preparing monthly deduction schedule and loan report
