Information for Vendor

UPSI has introduced online supplier registration via Vendor@UPSI Portal. This portal allows suppliers to register, check the procurement offers and payment status online. Please click here for the suppliers online registration procedures. 

The suppliers can check procurement offer being enforced from the Bursar’s Department website. The procurement offers include tender, official quotation and minor quotation. Please click here for further information.

To make it easier for the supplier to check the Tender offer report / official quotation/minor quotation, Bursar’s Department has taken the initiative to upload the information in the Bursar’s Department website. The result can be viewed when the offer is accepted by the vendor. For further information, please click:

For the suppliers who registered online via Vendor@UPSI Portal, they can check the payment status made by UPSI via the portal. This facility has made the checking of payment process easier without contacting the UPSI’s Bursary. Click here for further information.
