{"id":3208,"date":"2026-09-11T16:12:00","date_gmt":"2026-09-11T08:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bendahari.upsi.edu.my\/?p=3208"},"modified":"2026-09-11T16:16:49","modified_gmt":"2026-09-11T08:16:49","slug":"benchmarking_gov","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bendahari.upsi.edu.my\/index.php\/2026\/09\/11\/benchmarking_gov\/","title":{"rendered":"LAWATAN KERJA DAN PENANDA ARAS DELEGASI UNIVERSITI PENDIDIKAN SULTAN IDRIS (UPSI) KE JABATAN BENDAHARI NEGERI SABAH (JBNS) DAN KEMENTERIAN KEWANGAN NEGERI SABAH (MOF)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MENARA KINABALU, 08 September 2026 \u2013 Jabatan Bendahari Negeri Sabah (JBNS) telah menerima kunjungan delegasi Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) sempena Lawatan Kerja dan Penanda Aras ke JBNS dan Kementerian Kewangan Negeri Sabah (MOF) pada 8 September 2026 (Selasa), bertempat di Bilik Mesyuarat Perdana, Aras 11, JBNS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sesi tersebut telah dipengerusikan oleh Tuan Hamdan Hamzani, Timbalan Bendahari Negeri (Pembangunan). Program turut diserikan dengan ucapan alu-aluan oleh Encik Nazrul Azlan bin Musa, Timbalan Bendahari UPSI, diikuti sesi suai kenal antara delegasi UPSI bersama wakil JBNS dan MOF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pengisian lawatan diteruskan dengan taklimat berkaitan Belanjawan Negeri Sabah yang disampaikan oleh Encik Faizal bin Mohd Tahir, Setiausaha Rendah (Bahagian Belanjawan). Seterusnya, Puan Celorline Jaikul, Ketua Penolong Bendahari Negeri (Bahagian Pengurusan) menyampaikan taklimat berkaitan Jabatan Bendahari Negeri Sabah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lawatan kerja dan penanda aras ini bertujuan menjadi platform pertukaran pandangan, pengetahuan, pengalaman serta perkongsian amalan terbaik khususnya dalam aspek pengurusan kewangan, belanjawan dan tadbir urus organisasi. Sesi ini juga memberi ruang kepada kedua-dua pihak untuk berkongsi pendekatan dan pengalaman masing-masing, di samping mengenal pasti amalan yang boleh dijadikan rujukan dalam usaha meningkatkan kecekapan serta keberkesanan penyampaian perkhidmatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">JBNS merakamkan penghargaan dan ucapan terima kasih kepada delegasi UPSI atas kesudian mengadakan lawatan kerja dan penanda aras ke jabatan ini.
