Engineered specifically for Appointed Responsibility Centre (PTj) Asset Verification Officers, the app streamlines annual physical audits, condition checking, and inventory reconciliation—enabling rapid, accurate, and completely paperless asset verification directly in the field.

Access is strictly restricted to officially appointed PTj Asset Verification Officers.
Search, scan, and update privileges are dynamically locked to the officer’s assigned Responsibility Centre (PTj) / Cost Centre codes.

Field Verification Workflow

Complete asset verification in just a few simple step

Sign In

Launch the application and log in using your active staff credentials. The app automatically loads inventory profiles filtered to your appointed PTj Cost Centre.

Scan Label

Point the smartphone camera at the QR code / barcode on the physical asset.

Inspect & Validate

Compare on-screen registration details against the actual asset (physical condition, brand, model, and serial number).

Confirm & Submit

Select the current verification status and submit the record. Verification data is instantly committed to the central server.

FOR NEW OR UPDATE PTj OFFICERS

Access Request Procedure (Cost Centre Activation)

This procedure applies to newly appointed officers or personnel with updated PTj assignments who require system clearance.

1. Required Documentation

Official Appointment Letter
As PTj Asset Verification Officer signed by the Head of Department / Dean / Director (clearly indicating the assigned Cost Centre / PTj scope).

Completed MyFIS Neo System Access Application Form
Signed and endorsed.

2. Submission Channel

Submit hard copies or official soft copies via university email to the Asset, Store, and Development Unit, Bursar's Office.

3. Role Activation

System administrators will configure the Verification Officer role and map your staff ID directly to your authorised Cost Centre codes before full mobile app access is granted.
