A. The process of monitoring, reviewing and working on the approval of policies and financial policies.
B. Updates financial policies through the University Financial and Accounting Rules, Treasurer’s Circulars, guidelines, Treasurer’s memo announcement and others from time to time
C. Secretariat of the Standing Committee on Finance Meetings and top management meetings of the University.

A. Process of Registration of Trust Funds/Research.
B. Process of Management of Trust Funds/Research.
C. Process of Closure of Trust Funds/Research.
- Manages and monitors financial resources and financial activities through Loan Management:

B. Management Process of Payment/Termination of Vehicle/Computer Loans.
